About Andy Carson, Developer of The Pinehurst Villas

A native of Manhattan, Kansas, Andy Carson finds his passion in building relationships and helping others. With over 17 years’ experience in the housing and real estate industry, he thrives on the innovation and creativity behind new home design.

Andy is a graduate of Kansas State University with degrees in both management and marketing. He began his career with 12 years in the factory-built (pre-fab) housing industry and has spent the last five years focused on real estate development, construction, and sales.

As president of The Carson Company, Andy specializes in single- and multi-family residential construction and has been involved in the construction of over 40 single-family custom and spec homes, including the complete development of The Bellerive Townhomes. He believes the real estate industry to be one of the most personally rewarding professions as it allows him to meet new people every day, listen to their stories, and help them achieve their goals of home ownership.

Andy is also a partner in ERA High Pointe Realty, the Manhattan area’s top producing real estate company.

Andy is the proud father of three beautiful children: Reece, Davis, and Adalyn. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, water skiing, and coaching youth sports.
