The developer controls all exterior design, exterior finish color selections, and landscaping. Potential homeowners can work with the floorplan layout and all interior finish selections in a new build. Lots may be reserved and purchased prior to build timeline.
Monthly Dues and Provided Services
Maintenance dues are $175/month and include a full lawn care program, exterior re-paint (7-year schedule), exterior re-roof (30-year schedule), snow removal, maintenance of common areas within the development, and monthly irrigation bills for lawns.
